2 slices sourdough bread
2 eggs1 avocado, gently mashed
1 tbsp Kosterina Original Extra Virgin Olive Oil

InstructionsCook the sourdough bread in olive oil over medium heat until lightly golden brown. Remove from the heat, then cook the eggs however you like. Set aside.Spread the mashed avocado over the two slices of sourdough bread.Drizzle with Kosterina Original Extra Virgin Olive Oil.Top with the eggs, then sprinkle with The Spice House Greektown Spice. 1 cup almond flour
⅓cup vanilla protein powder
1 tbsp poppy seeds
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp sea salt
2 pasture-raised eggs
3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
1.5 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp lemon zest
1 tbsp Kosterina Organic Everyday EVOO
1 tsp vanilla extract Kosterina Organic Everyday EVOO for cooking
InstructionsIn a bowl, whisk together the almond flour, protein powder, poppy seeds, baking powder, and salt. In another bowl, whisk the eggs,almond milk, lemon juice, lemon zest, Kosterina Everyday Organic EVOO, and vanilla extract. Pour the wet ingredients into the drying ingredients and mix until smooth.Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with Kosterina Organic Everyday EVOO. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter per pancake onto the skillet. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes, until bubbles form on the surface. 3/4 cup almond milk
1 1/4 cups gluten free all purpose flour (or regular all purpose flour)1cup almond flour
1 1/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
4 tsp matcha
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 cup Matchaful Original Grain-Free Granola
InstructionsPreheat the ovento 350 F and line a muffin tin with liners.Whisk together the eggs, Kosterina olive oil, sugar, vanilla, and almond milk in a large mixing bowl. Whisk in the gluten free all purpose flour, almond flour, baking powder, baking soda, matcha, and salt until completely combined.Scoop the batter into the muffin trays, dividing evenly, then sprinkle the tops of each with Matchaful granola.Bake for 20-24 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.Let cool for about 10 minutes before serving.
